Standard Specifications

• R.C.C. slab framed structure with brick panel walls plastered & finished with wall putty of reputed make.
• Flooring – First quality Vitrified Tiles of reputed make in all rooms. Granite slabs in common areas and staircase.
• Toilets- Ceramic or Vitrified tiles upto 7 ft. Standard quality CP fittings of make Jaquar or equivalent and white colour sanitaryware and wash basins (Jaquar or equivalent).
• Doors –Teak wood panel front door. Other doors - Solid core commercial grade skin door with good quality wooden frames and locks.
• Windows – UPVC in white colour with M.S. Grills.
• Kitchen –Raised cooking platform with granite top and sink. Glazed tiles for a height of 2 feet for the length of cooking platform.
• Electrical wiring – 3 phase supply with concealed wiring in PVC conduits with good quality copper cables of reputed make (Finolex, Polycab, Kundan or equivalent). Switches - modular of reputed make (Legrand or equivalent).
• Split AC provision in bedrooms and living room.
• Provision for telephone and broadband in all apartments.
• Covered car park space at the Ground level.
• Water Supply – Ground water with sufficient depth to give continuous water supply with overhead tank fitted with motor and pump. One sump to store corporation water and separate overhead tank to facilitate supply to the kitchen.
• Compound walls and MS grill gate.
• 6 passenger automatic lift of reputed make and backup generator of reputed make for common areas, lift and motors.
• CCTV cameras in all common areas.
• Lightning arrestor for the building.
• Fire-fighting water lines and basic equipment as per norms.
